Sports Physicals – Asheville

**Please note: There has been a change of location for the physicals. They are now at Mission Sports Medicine, 520 Biltmore Ave., Asheville, NC 28801

Date: Wednesday, July 25th, 2018
Time: 5:30pm – 7:15pm (Athletes must check in no later than 7:15pm)
Location: MAHEC, in the Family Health Building Mission Sports Medicine, 520 Biltmore Ave.

• This building is on the same side of the street as the St. Joseph’s campus and diagonal from the ER entrance, and at he corner of Biltmore Ave and Forest Hill.

Cost: $25 per person

Mission Sports Medicine will offer pre-participation physical exams (PPEs) or ‘sports physicals’ to any rising 6th-12th grade student who will be, or is considering, participating in NCHSAA sanctioned sports. A parent/legal guardian must accompany your child to the screening.

A sports physical, documented on the NCHSAA-approved form, must be current prior to a student trying out for a sport.
