Mission Hospital is committed to improving more lives in more ways. We are proud to partner with the Asheville Police Department to help combat the misuse of opioids in our community. Opioid addiction is a national crisis.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, nearly 67,400 Americans died from drug overdoses in 2018, with more than 69 percent attributed to opioids. Take action by turning in your unused and expired medication for safe disposal.
