Starting Thursday, August 10, from 3 – 7 pm, McDowell Hospital will be offering a four-week childbirth class for expecting parents.
The series will cover a variety of topics including choices for labor, relaxation, breathing and positioning methods, a tour of the McDowell birthing center, infant CPR, postpartum care and more!
Cost is only $40 for the entire program.
