ingredients
2 avocados
1-2 limes, juiced
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
1 mango, cubed
1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
3 Tbsp green onions, sliced
salt and pepper
preparation
Cut avocados in half and remove the seed. Scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Add lime juice and mash. Add cilantro, jalapeño, mango and green onions, and mix together. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
