Looking for a quick breakfast that won’t make you feel guilty? Try this sweet treat with fruit and fiber that you prepare the night before. Make a double batch, and you’ve got dessert too.
1 cup rolled oats
1½ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp maple syrup
1 cup sliced strawberries
1-2 Tbsp slivered toasted almonds (optional)
Add oats, almond milk, cocoa powder and maple syrup to a large mason jar. Let sit overnight in the fridge. Add strawberries when ready to serve.
