Ingredients
1 bunch Swiss chard
2 cloves garlic, chopped
pinch of red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (or red wine vinegar)
Preparation
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, and cook, stirring occasionally, about 2 minutes or until golden in color. Add red pepper flakes. Add Swiss chard, season with salt and pepper, and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes. Add lemon juice and cook for 1 additional minute.
