A free, hands-on clinic coming up on Saturday, April 23 offers the chance to learn about and prepare your advance care planning documents. A community project of the North Carolina Bar Association Health Law & Elder Law sections and the North Carolina Partnership for Compassionate Care, the event will enable attendees to:
- Learn about health care powers of attorney
- Learn about living wills
- Complete your advance directives*
- Talk about your wishes for end-of-life treatment
