Are you a registered nurse who’s never worked in the acute care setting, or have you been working away from the acute care setting for 3-5 years? If so, Mission Health’s reSTART program offers a great opportunity for you to enter or reenter the acute care setting in a structured way, providing professional development and mentorship for your transition.
In this paid 10-week program, you’ll be paired with an experienced bedside nurse and be part of a cohort of other nurses who are also new or returning to acute care. You’ll emerge from the program a competent, confident, well-rounded nurse, ready for the acute care setting.
