Ready to reSTART Your Career with Mission Health?

Are you a registered nurse who’s never worked in the acute care setting, or have you been working away from the acute care setting for 3-5 years? If so, Mission Health’s reSTART program offers a great opportunity for you to enter or reenter the acute care setting in a structured way, providing professional development and mentorship for your transition.

In this paid 10-week program, you’ll be paired with an experienced bedside nurse and be part of a cohort of other nurses who are also new or returning to acute care. You’ll emerge from the program a competent, confident, well-rounded nurse, ready for the acute care setting.

Experience the benefits of a Truven Top 15 Health System, where you’ll have the opportunity to grow in your career and in your nursing practice. In addition to Mission Health’s exceptional pay and benefits, you’ll be a part of a culture of nursing excellence that is committed to the professional practice of nursing. You might take advantage of our tuition reimbursement programs to continue your education or pursue additional certifications. And as your skills grow, our clinical ladder offers you a way to grow your career and to take your nursing practice in the direction that is right for you.

We accept applications for upcoming cohorts on an ongoing basis, with our first cohort beginning Sept. 18. Ready to apply? Visit mission-health.org/nurses (keywords: reSTART your career).
