Mission Health Salutes Our School At Work Graduates – Class of 2017

We’d like to congratulate our School At Work® graduates!

School At Work is a workforce development program that brings education directly to the worksite and allows entry level team members to develop necessary skills to explore other career opportunities in healthcare. The program includes training modules and one-on-one career coaching. Students are selected through an application process, and classes are held two hours each week for six months during work time.

Education modules address communication in the workplace, writing, math, medical terminology and more. Participants work to develop the skills necessary to pursue career and higher education opportunities.

Mission is committed to developing and retaining our dedicated workforce – we want to support and encourage the talent we already have right here. We believe if our team members can grow their careers at Mission, there’s no reason for them to go anywhere else! In addition, School At Work® offers an opportunity to increase diversity in our management and clinical staff.

Congratulations to our class of 2017
